Welcome to my website home page. Consider this site as under construction. Can't say when I might get around to updating it though. :)
In the New Testament, the clear indication was they met in homes. Meeting in a house, however, does not make a church biblical in its structure, doctrine, or practices. Nor does it make one more spiritual or necessarily lead to the close family relationships that clearly we are supposed to have.
It does, however, provide a better atmosphere for these things to happen. I expect that a church that meets one another's needs, sees each other as family, loves and cares for each other, etc. will be in each others homes at sometime through the week whether their official weekly meeting is in a home or not. Most likely they will eat together. This is called breaking bread from house to house. It's God's intention for His Church.
